Under the guidance of our nutritionist, Jen, we have both lost weight - almost 50 pounds between the 2 of us. Tom no longer needs to take his blood pressure medication, and my cholesterol number dropped by 50 points.
Jen listens to your needs and responds with tools to help you be successful. I not only appreciated her knowledge, but her sincere desire to assist me. When I said I liked to cook, she helped with ideas, recipes and menu planning. I have learned a great deal about myself and my health from Jen.
I got to work with an excellent RD to discuss/plan and learn from. I have already seen good changes in my lipid profile.I have lost some weight and am starting to improve with inflammation and sleep.
