What is it?

Our Whole Health Reset program provides a total of 56 meals designed for lunch and dinner, along with 4 hours of one-on-one coaching and counseling with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

How long is the program?

The duration of the program varies from person-to-person and can range 4-8 weeks. This variability is due to clients choosing to cook certain weeks which will push the meals out, travel for work or vacation where clients will pause their meals or order less, etc. Every week is customized to your schedule.

What can you expect?

The Whole Health Reset program is a structured program to start and as we progress, there will be plenty of room for flexibility. That means, you can still go out to eat, attend social events, and enjoy all foods. We use a client-centered approach to our sessions, meaning you come first, and our expertise will guide your decisions and goals.

1st Session

Your initial assessment will be a full hour. Like going to another healthcare provider’s office, there are key health indicators we look for in this session. You will complete an intake form prior to the assessment, and we will discuss and prioritize your nutrition goals.
After the assessment, you will receive a customized meal plan and goals to focus on in that first week along with a few educational handouts. We will schedule your next follow-up appointment the following week.

2nd to Closing Session

As we touch base with you weekly, we will discuss the previous week’s goals, help you develop strategies to overcome any challenges, and walk through our nutrition education for the week. You have access to a RDN to answer any nutrition related questions you may have, and this may or may not be related to WFPB eating. Near your final sessions, we will discuss and develop a plan on how to move forward, post program.
