Our couples program offers each person 56 meals to cover your lunches and dinners in addition to 4 hours of one-on-one coaching and counseling with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
The duration of the program varies from person-to-person and can range from 4-8 weeks. It is a structured program to start and as we progress with your goals there will be plenty of room for flexibility. That means you can still go out to eat, attend social events, and enjoy all foods.
Couples who wish to combine education sessions may do so at the discretion of their dietitian. The initial appointment with your RDN will be a full hour for the assessment. After that assessment, you will have a clear plan on what your week-to-week will look like through a customized meal plan and the dietitian will be in communication with you weekly.
We meet weekly for 30 minutes to check-in, provide you with nutrition education, and work on transitioning to help you find a balance where whole food, plant-based eating fits into your life. Some meetings may be pushed out based on your progression and to ensure you have accountability throughout the program. We also incorporate and encourage team participation as we start to work on meal planning for the family during the transition phase.
Meals are ordered on a weekly basis with some meal options to freeze. We offer delivery or you can pick-up on Sundays at our kitchen.
