- One email each day with WFPB education, recipes, and motivation to keep you going!
We encourage all participants to check their cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight before they start and end of the 10 days.
Each week, we accept orders until 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday for pick up or delivery on Sunday.
