The Good Life Challenge 2024
This year, you’re invited to join The Good Life Challenge, a NO COST program for you, your family, and your friends. Here’s a brief rundown of what the challenge is:

10 days of whole food, plant-based eating (WFPB) on your terms (100%, 90%, 80%, 50%, 25%, or whatever you would like to set as a goal). People who go 100% benefit most in terms of results, but any shift towards eating more whole foods is still awesome!

Daily emails to help keep you motivated and accountable, along with tools to help you sustain eating WFPB during the challenge and beyond.

All participants will receive 10% off Sweet Pea meals for the month of January.

Receive access to recipes, education, and tools to make WFPB sustainable.

A detailed meal plan designed by a Registered Dietitian will be provided to all participants.
