Sweet Pea's New Location at Salina Place: A Hub for Health and Wellness in Syracuse

Exciting times are ahead for our Syracuse customers! We’re thrilled to announce that we are officially settling into our new Sweet Pea location at 205 S Salina St., with plans to launch in November. As we prepare the space, we’re working closely with our incredible neighbors at Metro Fitness to make this location a hub for health, wellness, and accessible nutrition for the downtown community.

Metro Fitness: More Than Just a Gym

At Metro Fitness, they offer a truly unique approach to fitness. Unlike the typical gym experience, Metro Fitness prides itself on personalized service, focusing on creating a motivating, welcoming, and supportive environment for everyone. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned athlete, Metro Fitness’ team of expert trainers—many with advanced degrees and specialized certifications—are dedicated to helping clients of all ages achieve a strong mind, body, and nutrition.

Founded by Randy Sabourin, a certified Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist, Metro Fitness has been a staple in the Syracuse fitness community for over two decades. Randy’s leadership and passion for wellness have expanded the downtown studio into a comprehensive facility that has earned numerous accolades, including being named one of CNY’s Best Places to Work and recognized as a Downtown Committee “Perfect Partner” for community wellness. With initiatives like Wellness Wednesdays in Clinton Square and programs like Metro42, which offers holistic lifestyle transformations, Metro Fitness goes beyond workouts—they’re making fitness a lifestyle.

Sweet Pea and Metro Fitness: A Shared Vision for Accessible Health

We’re proud to join Metro Fitness in offering accessible health resources to the Syracuse community. Our new Salina Place location will feature grab-and-go Sweet Pea meals, perfect for those on the move, an e-commerce pick-up point for online orders, and a Homechow hot meal vending kiosk for nutritious meals on demand. Plus, we’ll be partnering with Junabar to provide wholesome snacking options, adding even more convenience to your healthy lifestyle.

In the meantime, Syracuse customers can still place their orders for Sweet Pea meals and pick them up at Metro Fitness on Tuesdays! With Metro Fitness' focus on personalized fitness and our commitment to whole-food, plant-based nutrition, we’re creating a space where people can pursue their health and wellness goals in one convenient stop. We can’t wait to welcome you to the new Sweet Pea location in November and look forward to seeing you thrive in this exciting new community hub!
