- Hot sauce: 15g
- Tahini (optional): 60g
- Gyro spice: 3g

- Za’atar (optional, for garnish): Pinch
- Aleppo pepper (optional, for garnish): Pinch

Instructions

Roast the Sweet Potato:
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Wrap the sweet potato in aluminum foil and place it on a baking tray. Roast for 45 minutes or until a knife passes through the potato easily. Once cool enough to handle, remove the skin. -
